Legacy Partners

Dear Bill:
I wanted to take this opportunity to let you know how pleased Legacy Parnters and I are with the professional job you did for us at the Sunnyvale Business Park Demolition. The project was 175,000 sq feet of demolition; you staff handled it in a safe and timely manner.

I would like to extend my appreciation for the quality of work done, the equitable pricing, and the professionalism with which the work was conducted and managed. The job was completed on schedule. Every Randazzo employee I have contacted has been responsive, courteous and professional. Any extra work required was dealt with in a fair and honest manner.

Please feel free to use Legacy as a reference, I will be happy to provide an enthusiastic and positive report.

Sincerely,
Jeff Lambert

To Whom It May Concern:

I have worked with Randazzo Enterprises on numerous demolition projects over the years and consider them an excellent subcontractor. Their performane in the field has been very professional and they pride themselves in achieving schedule commitments.

Subsurface conditions are always a cost concern for Owners and General Contractors. I have found that Randazzo Enterprises, Bill Lynch, has always been fair and taken an 'open book' approach to unforseen extra work.

I highly recommend Randazzo Enterprises for consideration on small and large demolition projects.

If you have any questions, please give me a call at 831/462-4333.

Dear Mr. Bill Lynch:

It is a pleasure to recommend your firm's demolition services, and with ameasure of pride, to tell others of our positive relationship over the years.

Our projects together have included the McPherson Center for Art & History, the West Marine 17th Avenue Plaza, The Deer Park Marketplace Renovation, and currently, the Kalich Historical Building Renovation. These projects have required a diversity of expertise such as coordination for the removal of hazardous wastes, the discovery of unexpected site conditions below grade as well as within the building structure, and the expediting of the project schedule when requested. You have been fair and reasonable on all accounts, and your pricing has been most competitive.

CDM's and our clients needs have always been satisfied with your good management and experienced oversight. Getting there is always the challenge, but you have made it easier for all the players when, in a tight spot, you had the ability to work through a problem, make things happen, and everybody wins. To your credit, you have managed to keep that implacable smile of yours fully intact thoughout the process.

Randazzo Enterprises is far and above the best Demolition Contractor we have ever worked with throughout the years. I have thoroughly enjoyed working with you, and look forward to many more opportunities to have your firm on our projects.

Best Regards,
Steven Crocker

Re: Macy's Demolition at the Birdcage Shopping Center

Dear John:

Thank you for the great job your firm did with the demolition of the Macy's building in Citrus Heights, CA. By meeting and, in fact, exceeding our agreed upon milestone dates, we got off to a good start in achieving our accelerated schedule on this project.

I know the demolition turned out to be more work than we all anticipated. Given the integrity of the structure you did a great job completing the demolition of this 180,000 sq foot two-story building in 5 weeks.

Some of the areas I was most impressed by include your attention to safety, scheduling and, most notably, the cleanliness of the project during the course of your work. Even your competitors complimented your work.

I look forward to working with you on future projects.

Sincerely,
Clayton J. Winey

Dear John:

Please utilze this as a letter of recommendation for your next potential client.

In the construction industry, where service is the key to a smooth successful project, Randazzo Enterprises has been able to provide that service in all cases.

Sverdrup

Dear Mark;

Can you believe that we converted the Nestle Chocolate plant in Salinas into the Fresh Express packaged salad facility in five short months? Randazzo was most instrumental in that effort.

Randazzo was Sverdrup's first subcontractor and commenced interior demolition on December 6, 1993. Eighty thousand square feet of reinforced concrete slab and over one thousand linear feet of masonry and concrete walls were removed by your crews with your coordination as a Superintendent. As late as mid May, 1994 you were still on the job doing clean up for us.

Sverdrup Corporation wishes to thank Randazzo for your timely and professional services. I look foward to having another opportunity of working with you, Bill Lynch and your fine crews.

Very truly yours,
Gregory Jay Carey, P.E.

Dear Mark,

I just wanted to take a few minutes to thank you for the outstanding job your firm completed for us last July. The demolition and land clearing was scheduled to be completed in 90 days, but at our request, you were able meed the 30 day revised schedule. Considering that the project entailed the demolition of over 175,000 sq feet of buildings, Olympic size swimming pools, giant septic tanks, and hundreds of trees, this has become a formidable undertaking.

Having never worked with your firm before, I wasn't sure what your capabilities were. When I spoke with one of your competitors, he assured me that you could handle the job. Was he ever right! You not only handled it, but did sos in a very professional manner.

Your firm completed the project in a safe, efficient manner and left the site clean.

In conclusion, I would not hesitate to recommend your company for any future projects of any size or complexity. I hope that we have the opportunity to work together again in the future.

Sincerely,

This is a letter of recommendation for the dedicated staff at Randazzo Enterprises. Zerimar has awarded three subcontracts to Randazzo and each one was a success for Zerimar and the Army Corps of Engineers. Whenever there were problems at the construction site, I could pick up the phone and reach Mark Randazzo. His response to our concerns/problems was quick, decisive and cost effective. I am very impressed with Randazzo's attention to quality and customer service. We have relied on the expertise that Randazzo brings to every project and their willingness to work as a team. The bottom line is Randazzo gets the job done on time everytime.

San Francisco Housing Authority

Dear Mark,

I would like to congratulate and thank you for the fine job that Randazzo Enterprises did at our Bernal Dwellings Housing Development. The professionalism, experience, 'know-how', and honesty you brought to the project greatly assisted in getting this abatement and demolition job done both below budget and a month ahead of schedule.

This nearly million-dollar project involved the careful abatement (lead paint and asbestos) and complete demolition of 208 units of public housing. The four acre site had twelve three story wood-frame buildings, and one nine-story concrete high-rise building. Your ability to quickly adapt to our numerous federal and city regulatory requirements was remarkable; and you succeeded in surpassing all of our required resident-hiring and MBE/WBE goals. Even with some unforeseen difficulties along the way (with the site as well as with the local politics), your willingness to work as a team with us in getting through these difficulties was very helpful. It was pleasing to hear objective solutions to problems that didn't have the sometimes-automatic phrase "this is going to require a change order."

In conclusion, I would not hesitate to recommend Randazzo Enterprises for demolition projects of any size or complexity. I hope we can have the opportunity to work together again in the future.

Dear Mark:

It was our pleasure to have worked with Randazzo Enterprises during the recent demolition project at Genetech's Building 52.

Although Genetech had some concerns about the schedulde, dust and traffic control before the work started, Randazzo was able to demolish the buildng on schedule and without any problems relating to dust or traffic.

Before the start of the work and while it was in progress, Mark responded promptly to requests for additional pricing and to questions regarding the details of the work. The next time I need a demolition contractor, I will not hesitate to call Randazzo Enterprises.

Should you require any additional information, please advise.

Yours truly,

To Whom it May Concern:

Randazzo Enterprises, Inc., and expecially Bill Lynch, was recently under contract to Watsonville Communuity Hospital as a demolition contractor on a project in Aptos. The project included several hundred thousand square feet of green house demolition, two vacated houses, a boiler house, and other miscellaneous out structures. This included well abandonment and asbestos removal.

Mr. Lynch's performance on this project was excellent. He paid attention to the details of the project, offered solutions to problems that were meaningful, and was responsive to the needs of Watsonville Community Hospital.

I would recommend this firm, and Mr. Lynch, for any projects that they may be qualified to do.

Re: Stauffer Chemical Plant

Dear Mr. Randazzo:

Our company was pleased with the quality of work that your company performed on the above mentioned project. The chemical plant in San Jose consisted of approximately 25 acres of land containing several two to three story buildings and large storage tanks. The clean-up work took four months and was done in a timely manner and to our satisfaction. I would recommend your services if requested.

Sincerely,
David L. Lazares
